AI chatbots can help Aadhaar card holders.
Users must first go to uidai.gov.in. You can also connect to the chatbot directly by scanning the QR code shown in the tweet. As soon as you scan, you must select a language. An ‘Aadhaar Mitra’ popup will appear on the bottom right. When you click, a popup window will appear on your screen with the option to chat. For the time being, the Aadhaar Mitra chat is only available in Hindi and English.
You can easily switch between the two languages. This option will be available on the chatbot’s left side. Previously, users had to go to the nearest center or visit the website for many Aadhaar card-related issues. There have also been complaints about the delay in its disposal. People can benefit greatly from an AI-powered chatbot in this situation.
