Follow our instructions to set a train destination alert:

Receive a wake-up call on a train journey but do keep in mind that the feature is available on long-distance trains only between 10 pm and 7 am in the morning.

  1. Just dial 139 on the mobile device for which you wish to set up a destination alert.
  2. You can choose your language of preference by tapping the appropriate number.
  3.  In this case, select option 7 from the IVR main menu. 
  4.  Then press 2 for the destination alert option. 
  5.  Enter your 10-digit PNR number and press 1 to confirm. 

Once completed, the destination alert for your journey will be enabled, and you should receive a confirmation SMS. Receive a wake-up call on a train journey Open your mobile’s SMS app, write “Alert,” and send it to 139. That’s all! Your journey’s destination alert has been activated.

Always make sure to call or send a text message from the same number that you want the destination alert sent to. In addition, you will be charged for phoning or texting the number 139.
