Following speculation that Samsung would skip the S23 FE model, as they did with the S22 model, recent reports indicate that the Galaxy S23 FE model is likely to be released. The decision to skip the previous version was influenced by a chip shortage in 2022, but now that the situation has stabilised, Samsung is expected to bring the FE line back.

The 128GB storage variant of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was initially priced at Rs. 54,999, while the 256GB option was priced at Rs. 58,999. The model is currently available for Rs. 32,999 for the 128GB variant and Rs. 36,999 for the 256GB variant. The phone has 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM.

The 6.4-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display on the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of up to 240Hz. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus shields the display. In December 2022, this dual nano SIM phone received the Android 13-based One UI 5 update.
